The property operates on a 24 hour "Cancellation & No Show Policy" on all rooms and rates. Failure to notify reception of your non arrival by 2pm the day before your expected arrival date will incur the first night‘s charge. In the event of a No Show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.
Arrival and Departure
Check in Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am (In some cases a late checkout can be approved if, however this must be arranged the night prior, otherwise a charge of $25 p/hr applies up to a maximum of $75).
Deposit / Payment Policy
To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. This will secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card, until arrival; or alternatively other payment options are available upon check in. We do not accept cheques. A bank fee of 1.65% will be added upon payment by card.
All guests making a booking must be over 18yrs of age and holder of a current valid credit card which must be shown at check-in for proof of booking and identification. Credit Card Details are mandatory at time of booking and may be charged at any time prior to the until guest arrival up to and including departure (Check-Out). All Credit Card details will be held for security purposes.
Pets must be well behaved and not disturb other guests.
No Party Policy
We have a strict "No Party Policy" to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.
Smoking in rooms & other Excessive Cleaning
We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for excessive cleaning required.
